It’s not so much about what you say to them, it’s about how you make them feel.

Alex believes what is important is not WHAT we do, but WHY.
That applies to all areas in life and therefore she puts a lot of energy and effort into answering that question. Not only for herself, but particularly when she teaches others.
Here the answer is not so much teaching something specific, but rather the ability to build relationships based on the core elements of authenticity, competence and trust.
It is a foundation that is naturally built and which opens the doors to improvement and to the achievement of individual determined goals.

Alex puts the emphasis on the wellbeing of the horse. By trying to be their voice, she creates awareness and understanding.
She motivates her students to be critical about methods, to think for themselves, dare to doubt and to create their own style in order to build the best possible relationship with their horses.

Alex’s best teachers in life are always her horses and her students.
With her help, countless riders of all levels in Europe and North America reach their individual goals year after year.
She is a highly sought-after clinician and her clinics are usually fully booked.
Along with teaching gait clinics and preparation riding, (not only for competition riders), Alex also has become popular for her trainer clinics, instructor and sport judging courses, sport psychology seminars and more.

In 2017 she won the International FEIF Award “Trainer/Instructor of the Year”.
